With the cooler weather here it is important to have the right gear for that long jog through the woods to see the changing leaves, or for any athletic activity for that matter. What I prefer to workout in is attire that can easily go from warm to cold as my body temperature changes. This is why I am sporting a zip up hooded sweatshirt. It allows me to easily remove the garment without missing a beat. Oh, it has a hood too! My grey yoga pants are nice and breathable as well.
Lauren is cozy and comfortable in her empire waist top, long sleeved cover-up, and ToeSox. These footies are perfect for yoga, supporting natural movement and allowing a better grip on the floor. Also, the thumb holes on her cover-up are great for the cooler weather.
On another note, I have been listening to some new podcasts (I’ll be sure to share these at some point) about productivity and improving my every day life. One thing I am looking to try is meditation. Studies show that it can relieve stress, increase focus, improve your mood, and so much more. These gloomy days do not help to get me motivated, and meditation may be the answer. I’ll let you all know how it goes!
